You've inspired us!
from tutoring to whole child support
Hi families!
When we opened our doors, our mission was simple: to help children with dyslexia gain the tools and confidence they need to thrive. Over the years, you’ve trusted us with your stories, your hopes, and your children’s unique challenges.
We’ve been listening. Many of you have shared that your child’s needs extend beyond reading support—sometimes into handwriting, speech, sensory regulation, or deeper learning evaluations. We believe every child deserves access to the right tools, all in one place.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our growth into a comprehensive Therapeutic Support Center. We’re still your trusted dyslexia specialists, but now we offer an even wider range of services to help every child shine:
Speech Therapy – Supporting speech clarity, language development, and communication confidence.
Psychoeducational Evaluations – Comprehensive assessments to understand learning strengths and challenges.
Dyslexia Testing – Continuing our deep expertise in identifying and supporting dyslexia, now utilizing the Test of Dyslexia.
Executive Function Coaching – Equipping students with skills for planning, organization, time management, and self-regulation to improve learning and daily life success.
Occupational Therapy – Helping children build fine motor skills, sensory regulation, handwriting, and independence.
Academic Tutoring – Personalized support for reading, writing, math, and study skills.
By bringing these services together under one roof, we can offer a coordinated, whole-child approach—making life simpler for parents and more effective for kids.

The start of a school year is always a mix of excitement, possibility, and—let’s be honest—a few butterflies. This year is extra special for us because it’s the very first year of microschool at our Collaborative Learning Center!
Whether your child will be joining us here, starting homeschool, learning online, or returning to a traditional classroom, we want to help you make the transition smooth, joyful, and confidence-building.
Here are some of our favorite tips for increasing the excitement and reducing the anxiety of a new school year:
Let Them Choose Something New – A fresh set of markers, a lunchbox, or a backpack can make the first day feel special.
Visit the Learning Space – Walk through their school, set up the homeschool room, or prepare a special learning nook at home. It might even be possible to plan a casual meetup with other students in their class or grade!
Preview the Routine – Do a “practice morning” a few days before school start. A bonus for some students is to have them help come up with the routine themselves, and along with a few days of practicing it, can help them to find their groove in a stress-free way.
Talk Through the Day – Explain what will happen, from drop-off to pick-up, so your child knows what to expect.
Validate Their Feelings – It’s okay to be nervous—remind them that even grown-ups feel that way on new beginnings.
Plan Something to Look Forward to – Whether it’s their favorite dinner or going on a family walk for ice cream, do something as a reminder that no matter how the first day goes, it will be alright in the end.
And don’t forget to finish out the summer with some fun! An outside movie night, a picnic at the park or beach, or maybe head out for some bowling or laser tag!
We can’t wait to start our microschool journey alongside your families and celebrate the joy of learning—no matter where your child’s education takes place.
For our registered microschool families: don’t forget to mark your calendars for our Back to School Bash, Wednesday, August 27th from 10:00am-12:00pm!
School year tutoring sessions begin on September 2, 2025.
As we step into a new season, we’re excited for all that lies ahead—our growth into a full Therapeutic Support Center, the first year of microschool at our Collaborative Learning Center, and the chance to walk alongside your family. We’re here to help your child start strong and shine—no matter where they learn.
Enjoy every last drop of summer fun, and let’s make this year amazing!
